Please take care when ordering your size because we don’t pay the return postage.
The best guide is to order your bust size and check the hip measurement.
Your order will be processed within 24 hours and sent via Royal Mail
Please allow at least two days for postage within the UK, and five days for overseas.
We hope you will be very happy with your dress.
However if you do need to return your dress for whatever reason, please e-mail us
and return the dress with the tag intact within 10 days of receipt.
Remember to obtain proof of posting from the post office as we are not responsible for any returns that
do not reach us.
A refund will be processed within 48 hours, once we are satisfied the dress has not been worn or damaged.
Unless the dress is faulty we do not refund postage and packing costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights
